About the Joint National Entrance Examination (JNEE) JNEE is an online Common Examination conducted by Jayoti Vidyapeeth Women’s University, Jaipur. There are different University Terminals attached across the country that make it convenient to the applying candidate for appearing in the Entrance Examination.
Examination Process
The candidates will have to go to authorized University Terminal first and appear in JNEE at the time prescribed by University. Candidates’ Score Card will be provided to them just after appearing in JNEE. To join JAYOTI VIDYAPEETH WOMEN’S UNIVERSITY the applicants will have to send a filled up Admission Form along with the Score Card before the prescribed last date.
The Merit Lists will be declared on the prescribed dates. The aspirants, who come under the merit list, will have to deposit the seat confirmation fee before the last date of admission to make their seat reserve.
Following steps are to be followed by the applicants for appearing in JNEE 2011:
Step 1 : Log on to website of the University.
Step 2 : Reach to the link of JNEE 2011 at home page of University’s website.
Step 3: Some options will be displayed automatically. Click on the option “Application Form for JNEE”
Step 4: Click on the link to fill the online Application Form.
Step 5: After filling the complete information required in the form, Click on SUBMIT.
Step 6: She has to fill the registration number given on admit card now (for example no. given is – 2011/14, she has to type 14 in the asked box and a new window opens with her details, scrolling down she has to click on GO.
Step 7: Examination starts now and there is 1 min. time for each question.
Step 8: After going through the exam she will receive the online score card. She can take the print copy of score card from University Terminal.

10th April 2011, Sunday at 11 A.M. to 1 P.M.
24th April 2011, Sunday at 11 A.M. to 1 P.M.
First Pre Merit to be declared on: 30th April 2011
Selection Criteria:
Merit List will be based on score of any entrance exam including JNEE or on the merit of last qualifying examination.
Examination Process of JNEE:
There are two types of Forms:-
Admission Application Form ( To Apply for Admission).
JNEE Form ( For entrance Exam).
The University has collaborated with Reliance Web World (University Terminal) for conducting its Online Entrance Exam-JNEE at selected places. The list of Terminal is available on website. Please go to University Terminal and appear in JNEE.
Candidate will get their Admit Card from their respective exam terminals. After appearing in Exam, Candidate can get their Score card from exam Terminal.
Candidate who has filled and sent the Admission Application form as well as JNEE Form is required to send the score card of JNEE and the candidate who has filled only JNEE Form are required to send the Admission Application Form along with their score card of entrance exam before the prescribed last date of submission.
Aspirants, who are selected into merit list, are required to deposit the seat confirmation fee before the last date of admission.
*Important Note- University can add any of new courses and remove any of the courses at any time as per requirement and as per the rules & regulations of the University.
Admission Process
• Selection Criteria
The selection for University courses is based on score of any entrance exam or on the merit of last qualifying examination.
» The University considers the Score of any Central/ State/ University level entrance examination.
» If any candidate does not have the Score card of any entrance examination then she will have to appear in our University’s Online Joint National Entrance Examination (JNEE).
» Some of the courses do not require any entrance examination; the last qualifying examination marks will be considered for merit in that case*.
Merit Declaration Schedule
• The Pre merit shall be declared of the deserving applicants who have properly filled and submitted the Admission form.
• Merit shall be classified in two type of seat categories for Technical & Professional Courses –
1) Residential (75% seats) 2) Day Boarder (25% seats)
• There will be dual seat allocation i.e. One seat shall be reserved for two candidates and the candidate on first come first served basis shall get the seat. If selected Candidate deposits Seat Confirmation Fees in advance then seat will be allotted to her and that seat will not be offered to any other ( Selected ) Candidate
• The Pre-Merit will be declared on the website of the University.
• The University will declare Final Merit List of selected candidates with Specialization in Month of Aug 2011.
• If seats remain vacant then candidates of waiting list will be considered.
• Procedure
» Purchase or download the prospectus.
» Send the duly filled form with required documents and Admission Confirmation Fee.
• Confirmation Fee :
Attach a DD of sum of Rs.11000/- Admission Fee, Rs. 10000/- Caution Money & 20% of the Tuition Fee in favour of ‘Jayoti Vidyapeeth Women’s University, Jaipur’ payable at Jaipur. If you have downloaded the form, kindly attach a DD of Rs. 500.00 (Form Charges) along with the confirmation fee.
Note : The University gives exemption of Rs. 8000/- in Admission Fee & of Rs. 8000/- in Caution Money for the resident candidates of rural area of district Jaipur. University has adopted the rural areas of District-Jaipur at first step and it is planning to adopt more districts also for this purpose.

» About Course curriculum outline.
» About recommended Text books and it can also be purchased from University outlet.
» About the Uniform color and pattern and it can also be purchased from University outlet.
» Reporting date and academic calendar.
Education Loan
Students may get the Educational Loan from Bank of Maharashtra, HDFC Bank, Union Bank of India, SBI, Allahabad Bank & other nationalized banks. You may contact to our University officer on 9001999320 for educational loan assistance.
Seat Category Reservation
The University provides two types of boarding facility – Residential & Day Boarding facility. Candidate can avail any of the facility as per her choice.
75% of total seats of Technical & Professional Courses are reserved for Residential Seat Category & 25 % for Day Boarder Seat Category.
Candidates once opt the category shall not be allowed to change the same for the entire duration of the course. Category conversion may be allowed subject to the availability of seats. The Category Conversion Fee will be of Rs. 10,000/- along with the Boarder ship fee of entire duration of course.
