    Q-52 related to NPA please refer book Fadia & Fadia , chapter 15 para 3 clearly shows that Marin i, Fredrickson , lindblom , Ostrom are realted to NPA , and not chris argyris .
    so answer will be (2) a,b,c

    Q-57 pleaser refer any book on Riggs . whether it is Fadia & Fadia or M.lakshmikant (5th edition) , or Galgotia , or Maheshwari , we find that prismatic society has 3 characteristics , heterogeneity , formalism and Overlapping , here FORMALISM means incongruence between form & practice so the statement two is completely incorrect as it says there is congruence between from & practice .

    Q- 93 Answer will be (2) refer M.lakshmikant (5th edition) page 255 point Number -4 in American budgetary process.

    Further about gender budgeting please consider this.
    First time reference to GB was made in the budget speech of 2000-2001 and first time provision were made in the budgets of 2002-2003, 2004-2005 and 2005-2006
