- One has to enclose a Demand Draft of Rs 200 (for Ph.D) and Rs 400 (Post Doctoral Registration) drawn in favor of Comptroller of Finance, Utkal University, payable at State Bank of India, Utkal University Campus Branch, Vani Vihar, Bhubaneshwar. Candidates applying for Ph.D program should submit the application form along with the DD of requisite amount at the nodal center (details given on the website).
- Those applying for Post Doctoral Registration should submit the application and DD to the Controller of Examination, Utkal University, Vani Vihar, Bhubaneshwar. Selection Procedure for Utkal University:
Admission into Ph.D program will be made on the basis of entrance test, conducted by the University.
