The All India Management Association (AIMA) announced the dates for the Management Aptitude Test of December 2011 which is the fourth MAT exam of this year. The applications for MAT December 2011 will be available from Saturday, October 1, 2011.
The written MAT will take place on Sunday, December 4, 2011 while the computer-based test will be held from Saturday, December 10, 2011 onwards. Applicants can choose to take either of the tests. The test is for duration of two and a half hours. The paper-pencil based test will be held from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm while the computer-based test will take place in different time slots.
Candidates wishing to apply must be graduates or in their final year of graduation. The last date for sale of application forms is Saturday, November 12, 2011. The last date to submit the filled up applications is Tuesday, November 15, 2011.
Applicants can obtain the forms from selected branches f Bank of Baroda, Axis Bank with an application fee of Rs. 1200 or from study centers of AIMA with application fee of Rs. 1050. Candidates can also apply online by visiting www.aima-ind.org/matdec11.
The admit cards have to be acquired seven day prior to their tests, with effect from Saturday, November 26, 2011. Admit cards of registered students can be downloaded from http://www.aima-ind.org/mat_centre.aspx.
The list of Test centers and participating B-Schools will announced by the AIMA by Saturday, October 1, 2011, the day when the sale of forms will begin.
