DAE OCES DGFS 2011 Application Form
There are two modes of DAE application :
OCES DGFS 2011 Online Application
OCES DGFS 2011 Application by Post
(1) OCES DGFS 2011 Online Application : Keep the DD in hand for the amount of DAE Application fee. Log on to DAE website : www.hrdbarc.gov.in, and follow the instructions there for filling and submitting the Net – form.
(2) OCES DGFS 2011 Application by Post can be made by taking two photocopies on an A4 size (-8.3″ x 11.7″) paper of the accompanying format as DAE Application Form.
No separate OCES DGFS 2011 application form is issued. Fill in all the relevant information, paste photographs on both the copies and mail both copies along with one set of enclosures and DD towards DAE application fee to the address given in DAE application form.
One copy shall be returned to the applicant indicating the application number. That copy should be brought along at the time of appearing for OCES DGFS 2011 Written Test and / or Interview.
OCES DGFS 2011 application fee is to be paid by crossed Demand Draft (DD) drawn in favour of “Accounts Officer, BARC”, and payable at Mumbai. The applicant should write his / her name and address at the Pack of the DD and retain the bank receipt and photocopy of the DD. Do not staple DD. Some Guidelines for filling DAE Application Form.
Under choice of different schemes in the application form, an OCES scheme is indicated by OCES followed, by name of the training school from Table – 2. Choices for DGFS are indicated by DGFS followed by name of the unit where M.Tech project is to be carried out and where the Fellow will be placed on appointment.
Allocation of scheme will solely be on the basis of selection interview merit and choices given by the applicant subject to available vacancies.
Choices given for those schemes, which are not applicable as per Table – 2, will be ignored.
Choices for DGFS will be cancelled (retaining the options mentioned for OCES 2011) if information about M.Tech admission; with specialization mentioned, is not submitted by July 2011.
Important Dates for DAE OCES DGFS 2011 :
Screening for Science disciplines : on the basis of valid GATE score or a Written Test (WT) to be conducted on Sunday, February 27, 2011.
Last date for receipt of application for Written Test in Science Disciplines : January 21, 2011.
Screening for Engineering disciplines : on the basis of valid GATE score or a Written Test (WT) to be conducted on Sunday, April 24, 2011.
Last date for receipt of application for Written Test in Engineering Disciplines : March 25, 2011.
Last date for application based on GATE for Science as well as Engineering Disciplines : March 31, 2011.
