National Institute of Financial Management, Faridabad-Application for PGDM Program

Applications are invited by National Institute of Financial Management, Faridabad for two years Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Financial Management) commencing in the session 2012.

The procedure for sending applications for different categories is as follows:

 

For Government employees:   Those who fulfill the eligiblity criteria mentioned in the information brochure may forward their applications to NIFM by following appropriate channel.  However, they can send advance copy of application to the Programme Coordinator showing their intent to pursue the programme.  However, the final decision on the candidature would be taken only upon receipt of the nomination from the sponsoring organization/department.  The last date for receiving nominations would be 30-3-2011.

 

Last Date 

The last date for submission of applications for officers of the Central Government, State Governments, PSUs and Defence Personnel is March 30, 2012.

For Corporate Sector Executives:  Those who fulfill the eligibility criteria mentioned in the information brochure may download the application form from the website.  Such forms may be submitted to NIFM along with a D.D. for Rs.500/- drawn in favour of 'Accounts Officer, NIFM' from any of the nationalized banks and payable at Faridabad/New Delhi.  Alternatively, the desirous candidate may purchase the application form by making payment of Rs.500/- in cash in Accounts Section of NIFM or they can send a D.D. along with self-addressed envelope of A4 size for obtaining the form by post.  The last date for receiving applications is 09-3-2012. The dates of Group Discussion / Personal Interview would be notified and communicated to the shortlisted candidates, separately.

     The minimum requirement of documents for both the categories mentioned above would include the following:
               1.   Matriculation Certificate (proof of age);
               2.   Graduation level degree certificate & marks-sheet (proof of having minimum qualification and percentage of marks);
               3.   Relieving from the sponsoring organization/department (in case of Govt. candidates);
               4.   3 passport size photographs; and
               5.   Health Certificate.

NIFM Admission Eligibility Criteria 2012 :

• Officers at Middle / Senior level Working with the Central or State Governments, Public Enterprises and Autonomous Organizations belonging to State / Central Government.
• Similar partcipants from Foregin Countries.
• NIFM trainee officers of Central Finance and Accounts Services.
• Minimum Percentage of marks at Graduation level should be 50%.
• Scoring Higher Percentages at higher level such as Post – Graduation would not relax the minimum percentage Requirments at Graduation level.

NIFM Admission Selection Procedure 2012 :

• The Selection Criteria for Sponsored Foreign Partcipants would be Decided separately by the Institute.
• NIFM admission to the Program would be Based upon Group Discussion / Personal Interview.

• NIFM admission application form can be Downloaded from National Institute of Financial Management Website : www.nifm.ac.in.
• Send completed NIFM admission application form along with DD in favor of “National Institute of Financial Management”, payable at Haryana.
• Filled NIFM admission application post by sent to the following address :

Important Dates for NIFM Admission 2012 :

• The last date for submission of NIFM admission applications for officers of the Central Government, State Governments, PSUs and Defence Personnel is on : 30th March, 2012.
• NIFM admission applications all Respects and Received by the Last Date : 09th March, 2012.
• The Names of Short listed Candidates would be Diplayed on NIFM Website : www.nifm.ac.in. on : 16th March, 2012.
• The Group Discussions would be held at NIFM Campus on : 29th March, 2012.
• The Candidates Qualifying the Group Discussion would appear for Personal Interview on : 30th March, 2012.
