XIME Executive PGDM

What does the XIME Executive PGDM offer?
The ExPGDM offers a balance between academic input, experience sharing, and application in the workplace. The programme has a built-in feedback on personal development and involves constant mentoring and a work-based project. It will enhance your communication skills and interpersonal effectiveness, assuring you of rapid advance on your career path.


Programme structure
Participants will have to take 18 core courses and 6 electives in their areas of specialization spanning a period of four semesters and an industrial attachment in the fifth semester.

Continuous assessment will be done through case studies, assignments, periodic tests, seminars etc.

Communication skills (oral and written) will be introduced as a separate course to enhance existing skills.

Guest lectures by eminent professionals on various specializations will be arranged.

An internship in the industry, as well as an international visit will be organized as part of the course.


Eligibility

· Graduates in any discipline from a recognized university with at least 50% marks at Graduation .

· Executives with Minimum 5 years experience

Fee Structure

The programme fee

At the time of admission : Rs 1,25,000

At the beginning of 1st term : Rs 1,25,000

At the beginning of 2nd term : Rs 1,25,000

At the beginning of 3rd term : Rs 1,25,000

A foreign education trip at an additional cost of Rs. 1,20,000/- (estimated)

Caution Deposit

A one time caution deposit of Rs.15,000 is payable at the time of admission, which is refundable at the end of the programme, after deducting dues to XIME, if any. (not applicable for sponsored candidates)


Accommodation

Executive residence is available at our Executive block for which a separate charge is applicable.
