SSN School of Advanced Software Engineering( MSIT Admissions 2011)

The Program

This fulltime residential program spans one and a half year. The first year is offered at SSN School of Advanced Software Engineering (SSN SASE) in Chennai. Experienced faculty of the SSN SASE and practicing professionals conduct the courses using Carnegie Mellon Courseware.

On successful completion of the one year curriculum in India candidates can qualify to proceed to Carnegie Mellon University to complete the program towards a MSIT degree.

Requirements
Minimum 70% score in graduate or post graduate degree in engineering or MCA
Valid GRE score by February 2011
Valid TOEFL score by February 2011
Industrial experience is preferred
Those in the final semester can also apply

Get a demend draft for Rs. 1500/- (Rupees one thousand and five hundred only) in favour of SSN School of Advanced Software Engineering payable at Chennai

Selection Procedure
All the applications will be evaluated based on academic performance, TOEFL and GRE scores, recommendation letters, critical essay, work experience, etc.
All those who meet the minimum criteria for selection will be sent call letters for interview by SSN SASE faculty.
Further shortlisted candidates will be called for a joint interview in Chennai conducted by SSN SASE and Carnegie Mellon faculty.
All admitted candidates will be offered a letter of admission by Carnegie Mellon University.
