Indian Maritime University (IMU)invites applications for admission to its 3 – year B.Sc. Nautical Science Degree course at T S Chanakya, Mumbai Campus; 4-year B.Tech. Marine Engineering course at Marine Engineering & Research Institute (MERI), Kolkata Campus & National Maritime Academy, Chennai Campus; 3-year B.Sc. Maritime Science course at Marine Engineering & Research Institute (MERI) Mumbai Campus and 4 year B.Tech. Naval Architecture & Ocean Engineering course at Visakhapatnam for 2012 session.
Eligibility:
60% marks in 10 + 2 with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English.
Age: Candidates belonging to General/ OBC categories must have been born on or after 01.10.1987 and those belonging to SC & ST categories must have been born on or after 01.10.1982.

Application details can be obtained from designated branches of Syndicate Bank all over India on payment of Rs. 1000/- (General OBC category) and Rs 600 – (in case of SCST category).
It can also be obtained by post from the Indian Maritime University, Mumbai Campus, Karave, Nerul, Navi Mumbai – 400 706 by sending a self addressed stamped envelope 12″ x 10″ size with stamp worth Rs. 85 – along with a DD of Rs. 1000/- (General OBC Category) and Rs 600/- (in the case of SC ST category) drawn in favour of Indian Maritime University. Mumhai Campus and payable at Mumhai.
It can also be downloaded from IMU website . It should be submitted along with the DD of Rs.1000 – (General OBC Category) and Rs.600 – (SCST Category) drawn in favour of Indian Maritime University, Mumbai Campus payable at Mumbai.
